BATHROOM REMODELING IN GENEVA, IL

This goal of this bath remodel in Geneva, Illinois was to update the outdated styling and increase the function and storage space.

Prior to the remodel, the existing bathroom had a large deck mount tub that took up to much real estate. And the existing bathroom finishes were builder grade, basic and outdated.

The new bathroom design is spacious and bright. The soft neutral color palette helps make the space feel luxurious and modern.

GENEVA BATHROOM REMODEL OBJECTIVES

OPEN UP THE SPACE

The old tub took up so much space in the bathroom, and was an eyesore. Once removed we opted for a stand alone tub that had a smaller footprint and elegant feel.

INCREASE THE BATHROOM STORAGE

Our client was desperate for more storage in the bathroom. We solved that by adding a tall utility adjacent to the bathtub, and lot's of drawers at the custom vanity.

CREATE AN ELEGANT BATHROOM

The old bathroom was dark and outdated. We brightened the space with a soft and neutral color palette.

As you can see in the photos, the existing bathroom had seen better days. The bathroom was large but the design was not well planned. By removing the tub deck, we were able to create a larger open feeling with our new bath design.
