Previously this project was a dated, shared bathroom with a linen closet, un-used soaking tub, and had separate vanity areas outside the bathroom. We reframed doorways and relocated the vanities to create a combined, more grand vanity, as well as expanded the shower area. Eliminating the tub was not a problem for this homeowner as it was never used previously, and the storage we removed by taking away the linen closet was incorporated back into the design through the use of flanking tower cabinets on both ends. The newly designed space not only functions better, but combining the chopped up layout created a much more streamlined look as well.
